For one...the longer they remain in the fish tank, the smaller the batches of fry. They might be producing a third now of what they had when they first started spawning. It's still a lot of fry...but less. Here's some shots of the pair with fry. The fish were swimming pretty high in the tank with their fry. I used the three light set up...one being that kicker from below.
