The yellow/black coloration is typical breeding coloration. The blue coloration is pre-spawning coloration.

Parece increíble como cambia de color, hasta el punto de parecer otra especie. Me gusta mucho el traje negro y amarillo que se les pone.

Ahora mira el dramático cambio en la coloración cuando están criando.

Se le pone la boca negra como le sucede al Rocio octofasciata, probablemente esto indica un antepasado común porque no tiene sentido que sea un convergencia evolutiva.

Mo, había pensado que estaría bien que habrieras un post hablando un poco de la ACA para que sea conocida mejor por nosotros.
